Custom hats are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final. You will be sent progress photos as your hat is produced to ensure you're satisfied with what is being delivered. Due to the unique nature of our animal products please know no two hats, felts, or leather bands will be alike. Slight color variations occur naturally, exotic hat bands are as unique as the animal they came from and may vary in width and texture.
